The BambooHR OAuth integration allows you to securely connect your BambooHR account to CandorIQ without manually managing API credentials. Once connected, CandorIQ can access the necessary BambooHR data using OAuth authentication, making it easier to sync employee information and keep your HR data up to date. Follow the steps below to authorize the connection and complete the setup.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Bamboo Integration

  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. In the search bar, type Bamboo.
  4. Click Connect next to the Bamboo integration.

Step 2:

Enter Subdomain

  1. Enter the BambooHR subdomain your organization uses. For example, if your BambooHR URL is https://acme.bamboohr.com, enter acme.
  2. Click Continue.
